No More Snoring Headaches

Dear Friend,
“No more snoring!” were the last words your partner said to you this morning as you woke up. They have reached a point to where the sleepless nights due to your snoring is driving them mad. Sometimes when this happens the situation can be easily corrected by using a stop snoring device or product. There are many of them available on the market today. Just watch a little late night television and you will instantly see what is out there.

At times this may be the normal course of learning to live together, but if your partners insistence has driven you to the point of doing a little research online or with your doctor, you should probably take this more seriously.

Common Snoring Companions

Sleep apnea is a type of common problem for millions of people. By definition it is a dangerous condition wherein someone actually stops breathing for a few moments. Literally, there is no breathing going on during those interruptions. This is a big problem. Why? Because when you stop breathing blood, oxygen and all of the other essential ingredients meant to keep you alive also cease.

Some of the results of these breathing breaks are waking up with massive headaches. People don’t realize that the headaches and the snoring may be interconnected. They are. In millions of cases, doctors have found a connection to the persons body weight. In obese people they are more likely to suffer from sleep apnea and of course the snoring. The reasons why are not fully known, but doctors have been able to tell us that the fat puts undue pressure on the neck and cuts off the airway. This is not good at all.

Steps To Stop Snoring Are

Obvious interventions are to lose some weight. But for many in America even after the introduction of the only FDA approved weight loss pill Ali, this is not happening. What should be done is an overall lifestyle health transformation. Instead of just trying to take another pill, why not fully embrace your health care. Take it personally. After all, it really is a personal matter. Your health is yours and yours alone. No one on earth will care more for your health than you!

Researchers have also said that the morning headaches may also be due to the snoring a person does at night. That is if they snore loudly this vibrational rattling damages their neck and head, hence the headache awaits them upon awakening.

If you have ever stayed awake all night you probably know that the lack of sleep by itself produces a headache. In the Army, or whether you are an Air Traffic Controller, Fire or Rescue personnel, professions where someone is on duty all night will have chronic sleep problems, snoring, and overall their health is more challenged because they cannot sleep when the body would naturally want to rest.

Natural Body Clock = Snoring Problem?

The body has a natural clock that is in tune with the earth. It is called Circadian Rythyms. It is unique in that many of the bodily functions like sleep have been correlated to changes in the body. For example, between 3 – 5 am in the morning the body has a low lung capacity. This is the least time in a 24 hour period where your lungs would need to function at high capacity. So, Circadian Rythyms have your lung function at the lowest point for an entire day.

If you are experiencing consistent headaches in the morning, you should see your doctor. This is not normal and may be the sign that you need to change something in your life. Morning headaches can be painful. But they are not uncommon. Take action on this today, make an appointment to see your doctor and get back on the road to good sound sleep.
